Frequently Asked Questions
How is Work Wonders different than other programs?
Most coaching certification programs are geared towards making someone a full-time professional coach. Work Wonders is specifically tailored for managers and human resources professionals working within organization who are seeking to integrate coaching principles into their workflow to support their team's efforts. You'll learn how to coach around the most common issues that cause problems in the workplace, and how to successfully integrate coaching into what you're already doing without adding more work to your plate.
What results can I expect to see when I apply these strategies to my team?
The results you experience will depend on a variety of factors, including your organization's culture and how consistent you are with application. However, teams who have successfully implemented the strategies we'll explore have observed significant increases in productivity, soft skills, resiliency, and engagement.
Can I enroll in the program if I am not a manager or human resources professional?
Sure! Certainly there are benefits to the program for people outside of those roles. However, you might have to get a bit creative with some of the assignments to get the full benefit.
What is the time commitment?
The biggest time commitment is coming to a 60 minute live class each week that will cover the content, or watching the recording on demand. Some weeks have additional exercises outside of the live classes to reinforce the content and make sure you're retaining the information covered. Generally, it will not require more than two hours per week.
What tool do you use for weekly classes?
We'll be using the Zoom video conferencing tool, which allows for both presentation and live discussion.
What if I miss one of the live classes?
Each live session will be recorded and available within one day for you to watch when it fits into your schedule. You'll also have lifetime access to these recordings so you can refer back.
